I am not in a habit of writing reviews when I purchase a car but I have to say that the people I have dealt with at BMW Sainte-Julie really care about customer service. David and Guillaume have been exceptional given the tire problem I had after a day of owning my 2022 M550i. This dealership knows how to keep a customer with actions and not just words. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a BMW you consider this dealership. BTW, my first BMW. Thank you David and Guillaume!
I recently had my oil pan sealant done at BMW Sainte-Julie. Catherine is definitely the best service advisor I've had. She helped us get the car back in the road pretty quickly despite being the last week of 2024. I'd definitely go back to get my services done here.

Our story began when I came in for a key battery change, I was introduced to him by a parts specialist. He greeted me with a smile and genuine enthusiasm. Théodore took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, helping to create my spec 2025 M5! He patiently answered all my questions without any pressure to make decision. What stood out to me the most was his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. He worked diligently to secure the best possible price for me, ensuring I felt comfortable with my purchase. I had an extremely positive experience with this dealership. Worked with Frédéric, and he was able to deliver all the information that I needed about the vehicle's history. He provided the most documents upfront I've ever received from any dealership, the service history, inspection checklists, technical options and packages... Professional, transparent, good expertise, everything was high quality, exactly what you expect to see at a high end BMW dealership. Will go above and beyond to earn your business.
